The delegation, led by Deva Ponnoosami, Vice Chairman of Croydon Business Ltd, benefited from discounts on flights and hotel accommodation, pre-mission training and support as well as introductions to the South African markets and key international issues.
One delegate who came away with a contacts book full of valuable leads was Thomas Akomeah. His Akome Energy Build Company is a specialist in low energy systems for buildings. Said Thomas, “we developed exceptionally good contacts for future business which included three house building companies, an architectural practice, a manufacturer and a local authority in Durban.”
